Throughout the year we run workshops that focus on key concepts taught in typical high school curriculums. These workshops give students the opportunity to master material before the course progresses and gets more challenging. Examples of past workshops include the difference between the Preterit and the Imperfect (Spanish), Stoichiometry (Chemistry), Dimensional Analysis (Chemistry), and Rock Identification (Earth Science). We offer a variety of AP prep courses to give students the tools they need to feel prepared and confident for their AP exams in May. Each course uses the content as a vehicle to review the different parts of the exam. Students complete sample questions and receive personalized feedback. For those students living in New York State, we offer Regents prep courses. These classes review core content, breakdown the parts of the exam, teach testing strategies and more. Our learning pods (both virtual and in-person) are ideal for those students that feel more comfortable working in a group setting. Students receive personalized and tailored instruction at a discounted group rate. Pods open up on a rolling basis depending on interest. We are excited about how many students are opting to participate in dual language programs. What a gift! If your child is enrolled in a dual language program and needs academic support, we are here to help. We work with students in English, Spanish or both to help them master curriculum content.
